We design and build bespoke garden rooms and annexes. All work is carried out by accredited professionals and is covered by a 10-year structural guarantee. The specific terms of any construction project will be set out in a separate written contract between you and Vela Property Group Ltd.

We endeavour to complete all projects within the agreed timeframe. However, completion dates are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather conditions, material availability, and planning permission timescales.
