One of our experienced team members will visit your property to assess the site, take measurements, and discuss your requirements in detail. We'll look at access, ground conditions, and the best positioning for your garden room.

Design, Planning & Engineering

For garden rooms, this is typically a straightforward process — most fall under Permitted Development and don't require planning permission, building regulations, or full architectural drawings. We provide a detailed specification for your build and get straight to work. For annexes and larger projects that do require Building Regulations, our team produces full architectural plans and drawings, arranges structural engineer reports, structural calculations, and ground screw pull tests to ensure your build is fully compliant. If planning permission is required, we handle the entire application process with your local council.
