Fill in our simple quotation request form or give us a call. Tell us about your vision, your garden, and how you'd like to use your new space. There's no obligation at this stage — we're here to listen and advise.
We come to you
Site Survey
One of our experienced team members will visit your property to assess the site, take measurements, and discuss your requirements in detail. We'll look at access, ground conditions, and the best positioning for your garden room.
Your vision takes shape
Design, Planning & Engineering
For garden rooms, this is typically a straightforward process — most fall under Permitted Development and don't require planning permission, building regulations, or full architectural drawings. We provide a detailed specification for your build and get straight to work. For annexes and larger projects that do require Building Regulations, our team produces full architectural plans and drawings, arranges structural engineer reports, structural calculations, and ground screw pull tests to ensure your build is fully compliant. If planning permission is required, we handle the entire application process with your local council.
Transparent pricing, no surprises
Quotation & Finance
You'll receive a detailed, fixed-price quotation that covers everything — from foundations to finishing touches. We offer a range of payment options including finance through Phoenix Financial Consultants, so you can spread the cost over 3 to 10 years.
Bringing your space to life
Construction
Our accredited professionals get to work. We pride ourselves on a 'No Mess, No Fuss' approach — keeping your garden tidy, communicating progress regularly, and building to the highest standards. All waste is removed at the end of each day.
Your new space is ready
Handover & Guarantee
We conduct a thorough final walkthrough with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. You'll receive your 10-year guarantee certificate (covering EPDM roofing and main structural frame) and all relevant documentation. Then it's time to enjoy your new space.
