Your vision takes shape — with full professional backing
Design, Planning & Engineering
We produce full architectural plans and drawings tailored to your specifications. Our team arranges comprehensive structural engineer reports, structural calculations, and soil tests to ensure your build is safe, sound, and fully compliant with both planning regulations and building regulations. If planning permission is required, we handle the entire application process with your local council.
Transparent pricing, no surprises
Quotation & Finance
You'll receive a detailed, fixed-price quotation that covers everything — from foundations to finishing touches. We offer a range of payment options including finance through Phoenix Financial Consultants, so you can spread the cost over 3 to 10 years.

Construction
