I'm not a sales team or a marketing company that subcontracts your build. I'm the person who actually designs, builds, and finishes your garden room — with 25 years of construction experience behind every joint, every cut, and every detail.
Based in Hythe, Kent, I work across the county delivering bespoke garden rooms, garden offices, and self-contained annexes. Every project is built by me personally, to a standard I'd expect in my own home.

My Journey
From Electrician to Master Builder
I started my career with an apprenticeship in electrical work, going on to achieve three levels of City & Guilds certification — qualified electrician, approved electrician, and technician. For twenty years I ran my own electrical contracting business, employing up to sixteen people at our peak and delivering projects across Kent.
Alongside the electrical work, I'd always had a passion for carpentry. That hobby led me into kitchen fitting — a natural fit because the work demanded both carpentry skill and electrical qualification. Kitchens led to bathrooms, and over time I built a deep understanding of every trade involved in a building project: structural work, insulation, plumbing, electrics, joinery, and finishing.
When I eventually moved on from the electrical business, all of those skills came together perfectly in garden room construction. A garden room is essentially a small building that requires competence across every discipline — and that's exactly what I bring.
Today, my son handles all the electrical work to Part P standards, making this a genuine family operation. I personally oversee and carry out every build from foundation to finishing, which means you deal directly with the person who's actually constructing your garden room — not a project manager or sales rep.
